Terms and Conditions — 3ss5: Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform 3ss5, available at https://3ss5.best, and all associated services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and other products offered. For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

• "3ss5" or "Platform": refers to the website, mobile app, services, and products made available under the 3ss5 brand.
• "User" or "You": any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses 3ss5's services.
• "Account": the individual, non-transferable account created by the user to access the platform's services.
• "Balance": the total amount in BRL available in the user's account for betting and gaming, including real balance and bonus balance.
• "Bet": any transaction made by the user across the sports betting markets or casino games available on 3ss5.
• "Rollover": the wagering requirement needed to convert bonus balance into withdrawable balance.

Use of any service provided by 3ss5 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not create an account. 3ss5 reserves the right to update these terms periodically; the most current version will always be available on this page.

To create an account on 3ss5 and use our services, the user must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age in full at the time of registration. 3ss5 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage users — any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds returned.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have the legal capacity to access online betting services in accordance with the legislation applicable to your location.
• Not be an employee, service provider, immediate family member, or anyone otherwise connected to the operations of 3ss5 or its technology partners.
• Not having a previously closed account due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Attempts to re-register following closure for a violation will be blocked.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, and a valid email address.

Users are permitted to hold only one account per person on the 3ss5. Duplicate accounts — identified by CPF, IP address, device, payment method, or any other means of identification — may be closed without prior notice, with potential forfeiture of bonus balance. Real money balances deposited into duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Your account at 3ss5 is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. 3ss5 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password different from those used on other services, as well as enabling two-factor authentication available in your account security settings.

• Never share your password with anyone, including family or friends. 3ss5 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 3ss5 support immediately at suporte@3ss5.best for emergency account suspension.
• 3ss5 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user failed to follow recommended security measures or voluntarily shared their credentials.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be archived. The user will be notified by email before any archiving takes place and may reactivate the account at any time by completing identity verification.

The 3ss5 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, exhibit fraudulent behavior, use bots or automated systems, or attempt to manipulate the outcome of bets or games. In cases of closure due to a violation, bonus balances will be forfeited; real balances will be returned after review and confirmation that no irregular activity occurred.

All amounts on the platform 3ss5 are processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL, R$). The platform accepts the following deposit methods, all designed for the Brazilian market:

• Pix: preferred method, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Funds are credited within seconds of payment confirmation by the banking system. Minimum deposit via Pix: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário: credited within 1 business day after payment. Same-day credit is not available. Subject to banking hours.
• Credit and debit card: accepted card brands subject to technical availability. Issuer limits may apply.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: transfers processed via the registered key for the method. Availability subject to confirmation by the respective platforms.
• TED Transfer: accepted by major Brazilian banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. Subject to banking settlement hours.

The 3ss5 does not charge its own fees on deposits. Any fees applied by banks or financial intermediaries are the user's responsibility. The amount credited to the account may differ from the amount sent if the chosen method applies fees at the source.

To request a withdrawal on 3ss5, the user must have a previously verified identity (full KYC process) and the available balance must consist exclusively of real balance — unconverted bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• Default withdrawal method: Pix, with processing within up to 15 minutes for accounts with approved KYC and no pending verification items.
• Withdrawals via Pix require that the Pix key provided belongs to the registered account holder at 3ss5. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review — such as a first withdrawal, high-value withdrawals, or accounts with unusual activity — may take up to 48 business hours to process.
• 3ss5 may request additional documentation at any time to meet legal verification requirements before processing a withdrawal.

The 3ss5 processes available withdrawals 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, for verified accounts. Withdrawals held due to pending documentation are queued and processed automatically once verification is complete, with no need for the user to resubmit the request.

The 3ss5 offers periodic bonuses and promotions to its users. Each promotion has specific terms disclosed at the time it becomes available. The general rules that apply to all platform bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available only to new users making their first deposit. Each user is entitled to a single welcome bonus, linked to the CPF registered on the account.
• Bonus balance is subject to a rollover (minimum wagering) requirement before withdrawal. The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bets that count toward the rollover must have minimum odds of 1,50. Bets with lower odds do not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• The rollover completion period is 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover has not been completed within the deadline will be automatically cancelled.
• Cancelled, void, or excluded-market bets do not count toward the rollover. 3ss5 reserves the right to exclude specific markets from rollover contribution, with notice provided in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited, including betting on both sides of the same event (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to collect duplicate bonuses, or any strategy identified as systematic exploitation of promotions.

The Sports Betting options available on 3ss5 cover more than 45 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, e-sports, tennis, and much more. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the system. A bet cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available and active for that specific bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on it will be fully refunded to the account balance, unless the event is rescheduled to a date within 48 hours and the bet was placed with knowledge of the new date.
• 3ss5 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or input error, provided the error is evident and verifiable. The user will be notified and the wagered amount refunded.
• The use of bots, automated algorithms, or any programmatic betting system is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified with this behavior will be closed.
• 3ss5 may impose maximum bet limits per event, market, or user at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide justification.

For live betting, odds are dynamic and may be temporarily suspended during key match events (goals, red cards, penalties, etc.). Bets submitted during a temporary suspension will only be accepted once odds resume, at the values in effect at the time of system confirmation. 3ss5.

The casino at 3ss5 offers slots, blackjack, roulette, live baccarat, and crash games. All games are provided by certified suppliers and use audited random number generators (RNG), ensuring fair and unpredictable results. The following conditions apply:

• All casino game results are determined by a certified RNG. 3ss5 does not interfere with results and makes no guarantee of winnings.
• Crash games such as Aviator and similar titles involve skill and partial timing. Each round's outcome is determined before it begins and cannot be influenced by any platform action after the round starts.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino round or crash game, the resolution policy follows the specific terms of the game provider. In general, rounds that are incomplete due to a technical failure are voided and wagered amounts are refunded.
• Bets placed on live casino games are binding once confirmed by the dealer or system. If the user experiences a disconnection during an active round, the bet remains valid and the result is settled as normal.

The 3ss5 offers a Live Casino with real dealers streamed in high definition, with tables operating in Portuguese for Brazilian players. Live Casino sessions may be interrupted due to technical maintenance or provider unavailability — in such cases, bets in progress are settled according to the state of the round at the time of the interruption.

The 3ss5 believes gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial or emotional harm. That's why we offer responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once configured, limits can only be increased after a 7-day period, but may be reduced immediately.
• Bet limit: set a maximum stake per individual bet, regardless of available balance.
• Cool-off period: suspend the account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During the cool-off period, no bets can be placed and no deposits can be made. Withdrawals of real balance remain available.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and 3ss5 regarding the use of the platform. Should any provision of this document be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any legal reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• 3ss5 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to all registered users at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

• Any failure by 3ss5 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
